| NEC Mode Cannon Digital Video Camcorders |
These small, handheld cameras are available for check out and are primarily used by students for assignments requiring filming of specific competencies. The LRC also has tripods that can be checked out with a camera. |
| Iomega Super DVD Read/Write external drives |
These external DVD read/write drives connect to PC's via a USB 2 connector and can be used with tablet PCs and notebooks which do not have internal DVD drives. |
| LT 180 Multimedia Projectors |
These portable (7.5"x12.5"x4.5") projectors have connectors for computers, x S-video, composite video, 1 x component video - RCA x 3. The LRC also has a portable screen that can be checked out with a projector. |
| Webcam/microphones and headphone/microphones |
The LRC has Logitech webcam/microphones and combination headphone/microphones that can be checked out and used by faculty and staff with their computers while permanent ones are ordered for them. |
| Turning Point 2008 Audience Response System |
This audience/student response system enables presenters/faculty to obtain immediate responses to questions. The software supporting its use is accessible via PowerPoint slides. The LRC has 74 response clickers. The LRC staff will assist in the set up and use of the system. |
| Portable PA sound systems |
The LRC has two portable PA sound systems, one large for use in large spaces and a smaller one for smaller spaces. |

| HP Designjet 800 ps 42" poster printer |
This photo quality 42" poster printer uses 42" wide rolls of paper so that posters 42" wide and up to six or seven feet long can be printed. The LRC has photo quality and plan paper options depending on the intended use of the poster. The LRC staff has made ATSU Powerpoint templates available for use in designing posters. Contact the LRC staff for assistance. |
| 22" wide laminator |
The LRC provides laminating services for faculty and staff. The laminator can easily laminate paper up to 22" wide. For large projects please contact the LRC staff for planning on lead time needed for the LRC to do the laminating. |
| Windows based media creation and training center |
Windows based media development center with computer, two 19 inch monitors and media development software (such as Camtasia, Articulate and Adobe Premier 3). The media center is available for production and training on production of academic related media. This resource is used for training faculty and staff who use Windows based computers. |
| MacBook Pro creation and training computer |
The LRC's MacBook Pro is available for faculty and staff for use in developing media content. This resource is used for training faculty and staff who use Apple computers. |
| Sony DVDirect video recorder DVD drive |
This DVD recorder is used to transfer video from varous formats, including VCR tapes and digital camera produced video to DVDs. |
