CINAHL web site
CINAHL
CINAHL -- Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature Database Guide - is an index to the literature of nursing and allied health. Journals indexed cover nursing, allied health, biomedicine, alternative/complementary medicine, consumer health and health sciences librarianship. While there is significant overlap with Medline (about 40%) is indexes more PA journals then Medline and is a good place for researching PA specific issues.
