Video Atlas of Human Anatomy by Robert D. Acland. The Video Atlas shows dissections of real, unembalmed human bodies. After being recorded, the images were not altered, colorized, or enhanced. The images, therefore, show the appearance of the tissues as they are in the living body. Because the tissues have not been stiffened with preservatives, the images also show their natural texture and mobility. |

Andrew Taylor Still Papers/American School of Osteopathy is a Library Services and Technology Act Digital Imaging Grant funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and coordinated by the Missouri State Library. It funded the joint project of the Library and the Museum of Osteopathic Medicine which digitized the collection of papers from the history of Osteopathy.
