*Please come dressed for the ceremony. There are no changing rooms available. Everything showing below the hem of your regalia gown should be dark (i.e. pants, long skirt/dress line, and shoes)

Tickets are required for graduation. Each graduate will be given 25 tickets* for family and friends. If you need extra tickets please check with you class mates to see if they have extra tickets. If you have extra tickets, please let your classmates know.
Tickets will be distributed during Graduation Orientation on Wednesday, May 28th, 2008.
*Graduates do not need a ticket for the ceremony as they are already assigned a seat in the graduate seating section. If a child will be sitting on a lap during the entire ceremony, they do not require a ticket. If a graduate chooses to have a guest hooder, they must give them one of their tickets to have a seat at the ceremony. Staff and faculty will be issued a ticket from the Dean's office.
Requests for guest hooders 
must be submitted 30 days before the date of graduation, no exceptions.
Students must order their own cap, gown and tassel. Please go to the Herff Jones website at. www.herffjones.com/college/graduation. (Choose A.T. Still University from the drop-down box and then Mesa Campus-ASDOH on the next page. Orders will be shipped directly to your home address.
The Cap & Gown website will be available for orders until May 19, 2008 at 11:59 P.M. At 11:59 pm the site will shut down for 24 hours and then reopen for late orders. All orders placed after the May 19th deadline will include a $25.00 late fee. The FINAL deadline for placing orders will be May 25, 2008.
ATSU will purchase the all graduate hoods. Hoods will be given to you on the day of the commencement ceremony.

Per the ATSU Catalog all graduates, residential and distance, are required to attend one of the annual ATSU commencement ceremonies in Mesa, Arizona.
All students of the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health must complete a Petition to Graduate no later than the first week of the quarter in which they will complete all coursework. This will begin the process of degree audits and ordering of diplomas.
Diplomas will be ordered after all grades are received at the end of an academic quarter/semester. It will take approximately 10-12 weeks after you graduate to receive your diploma.
In order to ensure that your diploma is sent to the correct address, we ask that you sign in to the CampusVue Student Portal to assign a "diploma address".

Official transcripts can be ordered from the registrar. The form is online at: http://www.atsu.edu/registrar/forms.htm Please note that if you need proof of your degree for licensure or employment you can request a letter of verification along with an official transcript from the registrar’s office.
